The NABA London Talent Scholarship recognises applicants whose portfolios stand out for artistic quality, clarity of vision and strong creative direction. The NABA European Excellence Scholarship celebrates outstanding academic achievement, while the Early Bird Discount rewards students who secure their place early.

Who are the NABA London Campus Scholarships for?

The NABA London Campus Scholarships are open to applicants to the undergraduate programmes at NABA London Campus – BA (Hons) Design, BA (Hons) Fashion Design and BA (Hons) Fashion Marketing Management – who demonstrate strong creative and artistic potential, together with the capacity to grow within a studio-based learning environment.

All three programmes are considered equally within the scholarship schemes, with assessment based on the portfolio or project work required for the chosen degree.

The NABA European Excellence Scholarship additionally recognises exceptional European applicants with outstanding academic achievement.

Eligible international students may also benefit from the Early Bird Discount, while a dedicated tuition fee discount is available to eligible UK students.

NABA London Campus Scholarships – How to Take Part

There is no separate scholarship application. To be considered for the NABA London Talent Scholarship, applicants must complete the standard admission process for NABA London Campus.

This includes:

submitting the portfolio or project assignment required for the chosen programme;
optionally including a short scholarship statement of no more than 150 words explaining how receiving the scholarship would support their creative development at NABA London Campus.

The optional statement is not assessed and does not form part of the portfolio evaluation.

Applications must be complete and submitted by the relevant eligibility deadline and uploaded via competition.naba.it or sent by email to admissions@naba.ac.uk.

Applicants wishing to benefit from the Early Bird Discount must also complete the required admissions steps and pay the applicable pre-enrolment fee by 16 January 2027.

NABA London Campus Scholarships – How Applications Are Evaluated

The NABA London Talent Scholarships are awarded based on the quality of the portfolio submitted as part of the admissions process.

The academic team evaluates:

Clarity and strength of creative thinking;
Aesthetic awareness and composition;
Technical skills and execution;
Quality of presentation;
Originality and critical thinking;
Attention to detail.

Work that is well-developed, clearly conceived and thoughtfully presented – whether visual, written or mixed media – is given particular consideration.

The NABA European Excellence Scholarship is awarded primarily on academic merit, recognising applicants with exceptional academic performance, including outstanding grades or GPA. The portfolio assessment provides additional evidence of the applicant's creative ability and potential.

NABA London Campus Scholarships – Scholarship Amounts

The NABA London Talent Scholarships are awarded as tuition fee reductions for the first year of study.

They will continue into the second and third years of the programme, subject to the recipient meeting the required academic progression and performance criteria set by the Academy.

NABA London Talent Scholarship

First eligibility round £2,000 - £6,000 Deadline: 1 June 2027

Second eligibility round £2,000 - £4,000 Deadline: 22 August 2027

The amount of the NABA London Talent Scholarship varies according to the eligibility round in which the application is submitted:

First eligibility round – applications submitted on or before 1 June 2027: awards range from £2,000 up to £6,000. Applicants in this round are eligible for the full range of scholarship values.
Second eligibility round – applications submitted between 2 June and 22 August 2027: awards range from £2,000 up to £4,000. Applicants in this round are considered for the remaining available awards.

Applicants who qualify for the 10% Early Bird Discount may also receive a NABA London Talent Scholarship,

NABA European Excellence Scholarship

The NABA European Excellence Scholarship recognises exceptional academic achievement among European applicants, with awards of £7,000 available to students who demonstrate outstanding academic performance.

Selection is based primarily on academic merit, including grades or GPA, supported by the applicant's portfolio assessment.

A maximum of 10 scholarships are available for the 2027/28 academic year. Awards are made strictly on academic merit and are not guaranteed. Only applicants who meet the required academic standards will be considered.

The application deadline is 9 May 2027.

Eligible international students who complete the required admissions steps and pay their pre-enrolment fee by 16 January 2027 can benefit from a 10% tuition fee discount.

Based on the annual international undergraduate tuition fee of £19,700, this represents a saving of £1,970.

To qualify, applicants must pay the applicable pre-enrolment fee by the deadline:

£500 for international students using or applying for an official government or recognised student loan;
£4,000 for all other international students.

The Early Bird Discount may be combined with the NABA London Talent Scholarship, subject to eligibility. It cannot be combined with the NABA European Excellence Scholarship.

UK Student Tuition Fee Discount

Discount £6,525

Annual tuition fee £8,975 ~~£15,500~~

Eligible UK students receive a £6,525 tuition fee discount, reducing the annual undergraduate tuition fee from £15,500 to £8,975.

This discount is available to applicants who meet the relevant UK fee status requirements and cannot be combined with the Early Bird Discount or other NABA London scholarships.

The scholarships and tuition fee discounts are structured around the following deadlines:

Applications received after 22 August 2027 may not be considered for a scholarship.

Successful applicants are informed of their scholarship outcome at the same time as, or shortly after, receiving their admission result. The award will be confirmed with the offer of admission.

To secure the scholarship, applicants are required to:

formally accept their offer of admission;
complete the enrolment process by paying the required fee within the indicated timeframe.

If these steps are not completed within the stated deadlines, the scholarship offer will no longer be valid.
