NABA, Nuova Accademia di Belle Arti, is an education Academy focusing on arts and design: it is the largest private Academy in Italy, and the first one to have been recognized by the Italian Ministry of Education, University and Research (MIUR), back in 1980. Reporting to HR Manager, the HR Specialist for Domus Academy and NABA assures the correct recruitment process of new staff (employees, interns, etc…); the preparation of the employment’ contracts and the related administrative documentation in compliance with the labour law in force. The selected candidate will carry out the following activities:

  • Guarantee the recruitment of new personnel according to HR Budget and requirements of job description; identify the appropriate recruitment channels and support line managers to identify the best candidate. Assure the planning of the "Orientation program" for new employees to introduce them in the organization and the follow up of the induction process for new employees and trainee.
  • Assure the preparation of employment and internships’ contracts and all HR administrative letters (salary increase, disciplinary, change of role, etc.) in compliance with the labour law in force;
  • Contribute to the creation of the HR reporting activities (staffing, holidays plan, and other mandatory or relevant reports) and the org chart;
  • Support the monthly attendance process and the timesheet of the employees.

The ideal candidate has a University Degree in Economics, Law, International Relations, Communication or equivalent with a previous experience of 3/4 years in HR in international environment. A Master in HR is preferable.

He/She is customer oriented, hands-on and accurate with strong organizational and time management skills. Furthermore, he/she has good experience in standard computer programs (Ms Excel especially).

Fluent knowledge of English and Italian languages.
