Talent Harbour is one of the most anticipated and representative events of NABA’s academic life. For fifteen years, it has brought together students, alumni, and professionals for three days of meetings, round tables, talks, and networking sessions dedicated to career guidance and professional development in the worlds of creativity and design.

Organised by the Career Service & Alumni Relations Office, the event has become a well-established reference point, recognised as one of the key moments of dialogue between education and the professional world.

Over the years, Talent Harbour has hosted more than 400 national and international companies, including renowned names such as Alessi, Art Defender, Barilla, Bcube, Binda Group, Borbonese, Borotalco TV, Branding Records, Burberry, Caffeina, Campari Group, Cheil, Citroën, Clementoni, Condé Nast, Ciaopeople, Diadora, DOOM Entertainment, Ducati, Eagle Pictures, Esselunga, EssilorLuxottica, Fabriano, Farani Sartoria Teatrale, Filmmaster, Fondazione Prada, Ferrari, Furla, Giorgio Armani, Groenlandia, Greatpixel, Hearst Italia, Indiana Production, Interbrand, Intesa San Paolo, Ikea, Lego, Liu Jo, Maxxi Arte, Mattel Inc., Memphis, Miroglio Group, Milestone, Miart, Monogrid, Notorious Picture, NTT Data, OBE Academy, Paolo Fantin, Pomellato, Poltrona Frau, Proxima Milano, Reading Room, Ralph Lauren, Riva Yacht, Robilant Associati, Rossignol, Scavolini, Sergio Bonelli Editore, Siemens, Spazio Meta, The Apartment, The Attico, Umana, Vitra, Vibram, Vogue Italia, Will Media & Chora Media, Vivienne Westwood and many more.

The event’s themes range from personal branding and strategies to enter the job market to the production, communication, and storytelling processes that shape major contemporary brands.

But Talent Harbour goes beyond speeches and presentations: after each talk, students have the opportunity to engage directly with professionals in informal Q&A and networking sessions — a valuable moment to ask questions, receive practical advice, and build authentic connections with leading companies.

Edition after edition, Talent Harbour continues to be a laboratory of exchange and growth, where students and companies meet to share visions, experiences, and shape together the future of creativity and design.
