Projects

Every year we ask NABA students to evaluate their experience at the Academy by completing a questionnaire that covers the main aspects of their studies: the quality of teaching, the campus facilities, the relationship with lecturers, student services, communication and life at the Academy.

This page presents the results of the 2026 student satisfaction survey, completed by 2,294 students across the Milan and Rome campuses. The questionnaire was administered online and anonymously through SISValDidat, the independent statistical information system developed by the University of Florence and used by numerous Italian universities.

The survey involved both campuses: overall satisfaction stands at 87% among students in Milan and Rome alike, confirming a consistent result across the two locations.

How to read the data

The questionnaire asked students to rate every aspect of life at the Academy on a scale of 1 to 10. The percentages below show, for each item, the proportion of students who gave a positive assessment, meaning a score of 6 or above. The figures are calculated at Academy level, based on the 2,294 questionnaires collected across the Milan and Rome campuses. The charts present a summary of the survey’s main findings; they do not include the complete set of questionnaire items.

Reading the data makes it possible to observe the strengths recognised by students and, at the same time, the areas where NABA is committed to working towards improvement.

87% of students say they are satisfied with their experience at NABA: a result shared by the Milan and Rome campuses and supported by positive assessments of teaching, services and life at the Academy.

Campus

The campus facilities receive highly positive assessments. 95% of students consider the Campus a safe place and 93% appreciate its location and ease of access by public transport. The specialist labs, where much of the practical coursework takes place, achieve an overall satisfaction rate of 87%.

Ask The Dean

The dialogue with students does not end with the questionnaire. In Ask The Dean, Guido Tattoni, NABA Dean, responds directly to questions from those who experience the Academy every day: watch the video to hear his perspective on the topics closest to the student community.

Come and meet us

The best way to find out whether NABA is the right place for you is to experience it in person: visit the campuses, meet lecturers and students, discover the labs.
