What are the Institutional Projects?
Institutional Projects arise from the commitment of NABA and its Faculty to create and organise high-profile events — award ceremonies, showcases, fashion shows, exhibitions, installations and moments of exchange dedicated to design, fashion, visual arts, communication and new media — which have become key reference points within the creative world.
These occasions are conceived to give visibility and tangible value to the creative work of the Academy’s students, offering them an exceptional platform that highlights the achievements reached, the paths undertaken and the milestones shared. At the same time, they provide an opportunity to immerse oneself in the Academy’s distinctive teaching method: an approach grounded in experimentation, hands-on practice and ongoing dialogue with the professional system.

PLAI is the exhibition-playground through which NABA presents the research and experimentation developed by students on the Master of Arts in Creative Media Production, taking their projects beyond the academic setting and into spaces open to the public.
The NABA Cinema Awards offer each year the opportunity to celebrate the best audiovisual and cinematic projects created by students from the Academy’s Media Design and New Technologies Area and Set Design Area.
