The Project

An art contest aimed at challenging the creativity of young artists on the topic of pasta, organized by Barilla, NABA, Young&Rubicon. International jury composed by Grazia Quaroni, Curator at Fondation Cartier pour l’Art Contemporain in Paris; Michelangelo Pistoletto, artist and director of Fondazione Cittadellarte, Biella; Anna Mattirolo, Director of MAXXI in Roma; Jens Hoffmann, Deputy Director at Jewish Museum in New York, Vicky Gitto, from Young&Rubicon.

Winners are awarded of an artist residence program at ABA in Berlin.

It is printed in more than 30'000 copies and distributed to all the social housing tenants all over the city, directly in their home mail boxes. It is a project promoted by MM Spa, that reaches more than 50'000 people.

A collection of artworks to raise public awareness of an unknown disease such as Acute Hepatic Porphyria. The project invites the viewer to go further, to seek a different reality that normally not everyone can see.
