NABA students met professionals from relevant national and international companies. From November 29 to December 1, the twelfth edition of Talent Harbour took place. Promoted by the Academy's Industry Relations and Career Service Office, the event is well-established now. It is an opportunity for companies wishing to spread their history and heritage. Here, students and alumni discover brands' values as well as a new perspective on the job market in the creative industry.

Talent Harbour: the event where students meet companies

During the virtual event, NABA students had the opportunity to learn more about leading companies in the fields of design, fashion design, graphics and communication, multimedia arts, new technologies, scenography and visual arts. Among these were Pirelli HangarBicocca, Rossana Orlandi Gallery, Furla, FSB Group, Interbrand, Flash Art, Clementoni, Groenlandia, Ciaopeople Media Group, Compagnia Finzi Pasca.

Opened by Simona Castagna Ferria Contin (NABA Career Service Manager), each day of the event focused on future visions and innovation in the creative industry. Introduced and moderated by Area Leaders, Course Leaders, and NABA lecturers, brands' leading professionals took part in presentations and round tables. They provided useful advice about the world of work and pointed out the most demanded professional roles. Furthermore, students interacted with them thanks to Q&A sessions and a Word Cloud - a way to receive insights and new reflections on the issues raised.
