The Academy launches NABA’s Got Talent, the scholarship competition designed for international students ready to develop their creative potential within an international academic environment.

Open to applicants for Bachelor of Arts Degree Programmes starting in October 2026 at the Milan and Rome campuses, the initiative offers a tuition fee reduction of up to €7,000 to support the most promising creative profiles.

Who is the NABA’s Got Talent scholarship for?

The NABA’s Got Talent scholarship is designed for international students who are ready to take the next step in their creative education by applying to a Bachelor of Arts Degree Programme at NABA.

It is aimed at candidates with a strong creative profile who meet the following requirements:

  • They hold a valid upper secondary school diploma, or are about to obtain it within the 2025/2026 Academic Year;
  • They meet the language requirements of the chosen programme, in Italian or English;
  • They apply for one Bachelor’s programme only and one campus only, choosing between Milan and Rome.

NABA’s Got Talent Scholarship – How to Take Part

Participation in the NABA’s Got Talent scholarship competition requires the submission of a dedicated application.

Candidates who wish to apply must submit the following materials:

  • An artistic portfolio showcasing projects and works;
  • A motivation letter (artistic statement) outlining their creative path and goals;
  • The official NABA Bachelor’s Degree application form;
  • Academic documentation, including a copy of the high school diploma (if available) or a School Attendance Certificate of the 12th year, and academic transcripts, translated into English or Italian;
  • A valid passport copy;
  • A certificate of knowledge of English or Italian, at complete level B1.2, according to the chosen programme.

All applications must be submitted online via competition.naba.it or by email, in accordance with the instructions provided in the official call. Applications will be evaluated once all required materials have been correctly submitted.

NABA’s Got Talent Scholarship – How Applications Are Evaluated

Applications for NABA’s Got Talent scholarship are reviewed by the leading Faculty of the chosen BA Programme and the Admission Jury through careful evaluation of each candidate’s portfolio of projects and motivation letter (artistic statement).

Portfolios are reviewed with attention to:

  • aesthetic awareness;
  • composition, drawing and design skills;
  • colour and spatial perception;
  • quality and clarity of presentation;
  • technique and originality.

Special attention is given to strong 2D and 3D works, especially to fully rendered projects that show excellent craftsmanship, a confident use of technique and a clear, original design approach.

NABA’s Got Talent – Scholarship Amount

 

The NABA’s Got Talent scholarships provide a partial tuition fee reduction for the first year of the Bachelor of Arts Degree Programme, starting in October 2026.

Note: the standard annual tuition fee is € 21,850 for EU students and € 22,250 for International (non-EU) students. The Regional Tax for Academic Studies and the Graduation Thesis Fee are not included in the scholarship.

NABA’s Got Talent – Deadlines and acceptance timeline

Applying for NABA’s Got Talent is easy. Candidates are required to submit a complete application, including a signed Application Form and all the required supporting documents, by uploading them via https://competition.naba.it.

Once the application has been submitted, an automated confirmation email will be sent. If no confirmation is received, please contact int.info@naba.it for assistance.

Applicants can choose the deadline that best fits their timeline:

  • Apply by 4 March 2026 → Scholarship results communicated by 12 March 2026
  • Apply by 18 March 2026 → Scholarship results communicated by 26 March 2026

Candidates selected for the scholarship are invited to confirm acceptance within 7 days of receiving the official notification. To secure the scholarship, recipients must:

  • Send a confirmation email to admissions@naba.it;
  • Complete the enrolment process by paying the €5,000 pre-enrolment fee.

If the acceptance procedure is not completed within the indicated timeframe, the scholarship cannot be confirmed.
