Students from the 3rd year of the BA Fashion Design course have attended a textile design workshop with the tutorship of the entrepreneur Qirong-er, for the company ShiangXia (Hermès Group). Ancient techniques, as cashmere felting and craft dyeing have been reinterpreted in a contemporary version.

“Future Makers” is a multidisciplinary project in which NABA students, working with Archivio Mantero, transformed the foulard into a narrative device: through archival research, materials and hybrid languages, they created works that link manufacturing memory with future visions.
On September 22, NABA and Repower presented “Tinto di Blu. Agrivoltaico ed erbe tintorie, in viaggio tra energia, moda e innovazione”, a symposium highlighting a project developed with students that explored the use of agrivoltaics to cultivate dye plants and their potential applications in fashion and textiles.
A project that celebrates female talent and inclusion, supporting equal opportunities in the arts and design through the creative reinterpretation of Carolina Herrera’s iconic “Good Girl” stiletto by students from NABA’s Milan and Rome campuses.
