NABA announces its participation in the Global Fashion Graduate Mexico 2024, a groundbreaking four-day symposium featuring a fashion show, organised by CENTRO Mexico City, one of the world’s most prestigious design institutions, and Arts Thread, the leading digital platform for emerging designers and artists. The event—held from October 28 to 31 in Mexico City, coinciding with Mexico Design Week and the renowned Día de los Muertos festival—serves as a platform aimed at inspiring the best global talents in the field of fashion design, stimulating them to collaborate, share ideas and showcase their creations, and showcase them to industry experts.

NABA participates in Global Fashion Graduate Mexico 2024: symposium and fashion show

At the Global Fashion Graduate Mexico 2024—a debut event aimed at industry professionals, experts, and designers—NABA will join over 20 esteemed fashion Universities and Academies from 10 different countries. Participants will engage in symposia and discussions on key topics for the sector, such as diversity, innovation, sustainability, and the future of fashion, and will take part in the closing fashion show featuring collections by their recent graduates. Representing NABA, creations by BA in Fashion Design student Anastasia Avesani will be showcased. Her collection Chroma Femmes draws inspiration from the fierce beauty of dart frogs and the strength of women, celebrating their shared intensity and unapologetic presence. Like dart frogs, women shouldn’t be seen as vulnerable, they’re a force of nature. Each piece is a bold clash of colors and textures, mirroring how both dominate their environment with unapologetic presence.
The event will offer an immersive experience, exploring the most relevant challenges and opportunities in the fashion field.
