The NABA Communication Awards' third edition brought attention to works exploring the fields of editorial design, motion graphics, advertising, UX/UI and more. The award ceremony and the visual identity
NABA Communication Awards: credits
Head of the jury: Sergio Spaccavento (NABA lecturer and Chief Creative Officer of Digitouch Mktg).
The event included the screening of motion graphics by NABA lecturer Marco Pochetti. They have been realised thanks to the contribution of BA in Graphic Design and Art Direction students Alessia Capuano, Irene Lainati, Elisa Li Pomi.
Out&Beyond: the visual identity of the award
The visual identity selected for the third edition of the NABA Communication Awards is by BA in Graphic Design and Art Direction students: Luca Salatto, Giorgia Stucchi, Beatrice Vanzati, Yan Varisco, Chiara Vetrati.
As Patrizia Moschella (Communication and Graphic Design Area Leader) claims, the visual identity shows a huge digital board inhabited by icons recalling an era of growth and transition of people. The essential and digitally renewed graphic trait simplifies complex cognitive paths, even in adulthood.
Out&Beyond is also the visual identity of the contest catalogue focusing on the projects by students of the Area. Its graphic design is by students Elena Carboni and Valerio Gelsomini.
