NABA is pleased to announce the great result achieved at the last D&AD New Blood Awards 2020, being awarded a Yellow Pencil and two Wood Pencils, making the Academy one of the most decorated ones in the international panorama.

Andrea Cornali, Sarah Alexander, Francesco Fanizza, Deniz Eroglu, Lianne Van Lierop, students of the Academic Master in Creative Advertising, guided by the lecturers Luca Pedrani, Hana Kovacevic and Eleonora Bartozzi, won the Yellow Pencil, with the project Burger King's Burger Pooling, that aims at innovating the brand’s service model, to create a new way of delivering, faster and more sustainable.
The first Wood Pencil decorated The water path, a project created for HSBC by Anna Carolina Nicoletti, Alessandro Silva de Oliveira, Luca Castelli, Carlo Antonio Romano e Giulia Tofi, students of the Master of Arts in Communication Design, tutored by the lecturer Luca Campagnoli, to raise awareness on the waste of water and plastic materials happening daily in Italian airports.
The second Wood Pencil was won by the project The King Chat, developed for Burger King by the students of the Master of Arts in Communication Design Leonardo Pedergnani, Fabio Colombo, Antonio Mazzei e Rui Hu, under the guidance of the lecturer Luca Campagnoli, to design a chat to be included in the brand’s app to create a direct connection with the user.
