From September 2026, NABA students will have the chance to choose an entirely new accommodation option: a place at Villaggio managed by CX, the same complex that hosted the athletes of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games and which, following the Games, is being transformed into a permanent student campus in the heart of Scalo Romana.
The campus
Villaggio managed by CX is a next-generation university campus situated in the Scalo Romana district, one of the most significant urban regeneration sites in contemporary Milan. Designed by the international architecture firm SOM – Skidmore, Owings & Merrill, the complex was conceived from the outset to have a dual life: first as a residence for the athletes of the Milano Cortina 2026 Olympic Winter Games, and subsequently as a permanent home for the city's student community.
The campus offers 1,698 beds distributed across eight buildings – six newly built and two historic structures carefully refurbished – set within a site of approximately 60,000 m². The grounds feature squares, green areas, sports facilities and spaces for cultural activities open to the local community.
The campus is operated by Campus X (CX), an Italian group specialising in student housing, with a presence in numerous university cities across Italy.
Dedicated rates
NABA has established a dedicated agreement with Villaggio managed by CX, designed to offer its students high-quality accommodation at preferential rates, alongside a streamlined booking process. The agreement provides two room types to choose from, exclusive rates valid for bookings made by 30 June 2026, and a 12-month contract.

The Villaggio managed by CX accommodation complex is situated at Via Lorenzini 3/5, 20139 Milan, in an area well served by public transport and within easy reach of NABA, the city centre and Milan's key transport hubs.
