Are you planning to study at NABA on the Milan or Rome campus and looking for accommodation? Rely on our affiliated housing service MilanHousing, active since 2014!
You can choose from a range of housing solutions designed to meet every need, with a minimum stay of 12 months:
- Single or double rooms
- Shared flats for up to 4 students
- Studios and one-bedroom apartments (30–60 m²)
All accommodation options are located near the city’s main university campuses and are managed by selected agencies or private landlords. Listings are provided with photos, detailed descriptions, location, and prices.
How to find and book your accommodation on MilanHousing
Finding and booking the right accommodation for you is quick and easy. Just follow these simple steps:
- Create an account: Visit www.milanhousing.it and fill in the registration form. The account must be registered directly to the student, not to parents or third parties.
- Filter your search: Select Milan or Rome and set the filters for distance, type, gender, price, and availability, then click on “Search”.
- Check availability: Apartments are marked in green if available, in orange if already booked by another student.
- Book your room: Click on the preview of the accommodation you’re interested in, scroll to the bottom of the page, and click the BOOK button. Remember: you can send only one booking request!
