Yes, NABA is an open, inclusive, and international environment:
- With over 6,000 students from more than 100 countries, the Academy is a place where different cultures, experiences, and perspectives meet every day.
- Inclusion is an integral part of academic life: NABA promotes a community based on respect, listening, and freedom of expression, valuing gender equality and diversity of identity and orientation.
- Wellbeing and personal support services are available to all students, such as the Career Alias, which allows the use of one’s chosen name in internal documents, and a free psychological counselling service. Specific services and dedicated support are also provided for students with temporary or permanent disabilities or learning disorders (DSA).
