NABA Employability 2026

NABA delivers a high-quality education, carefully designed to prepare its students to step confidently into the world of work. The figures confirm how effective this approach is: the employment rate of NABA graduates stands at 92% within one year of completing their studies — whether they have taken a Bachelor of Arts, a Master of Arts or an Academic Master — up from 90% the previous year.

These results are certified by Ipsos Doxa, a leading independent research institute which, in 2026 as in previous years, examined several aspects of our students' employability, looking at:

• whether they found employment after completing their studies, and within what timeframe (3, 6 or 12 months);
• their current professional and educational situation;
• the skills and backgrounds that proved useful or essential in launching their career.

The survey is based on 723 interviews conducted using the CAWI (Computer Assisted Web Interview) methodology, in which respondents complete an online questionnaire — an approach that ensures a high level of accuracy and a faster, more structured data-collection process.

What is the employment rate of NABA students?

As noted above, the employment rate of NABA graduates stands at 92% within one year of completing their studies — a figure that is consistent across the Bachelor of Arts, the Master of Arts and the Academic Master. This represents a two-percentage-point increase on the 90% recorded the previous year, confirming a positive trend over time.

The result is, moreover, consistent across every programme: in 2026 the employment rate stands at 92% for Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts and Academic Master graduates alike.

Looking at graduates' current professional situation, 69% are already in employment at the time of the Ipsos Doxa survey — one percentage point higher than in 2025.

How satisfied are NABA students with their chosen profession?

The survey also shows that 83% of employed alumni report being satisfied with their job, a testament to the strength of the NABA educational model and its effectiveness in equipping students with genuinely marketable skills.

How does a NABA education shape graduates' careers?

Most graduates build their careers in Italy: 79% work within the country, with a strong concentration in Lombardy (80%). The remaining 21% work abroad, spread across Europe (9%), China (7%), the rest of Asia (4%) and the Americas (1%) — a figure that reflects the international reach of a NABA education.

These results reflect the strength of the NABA educational model — the same approach that, well established across the Milan and Rome campuses, now also shapes the learning experience at the new NABA London campus.
