NABA provides a high-quality education, carefully designed to strengthen students’ employability and prepare them to enter the professional world with confidence. The data confirms the effectiveness of this approach: 90% of NABA graduates find employment within one year of completing their studies, a figure that rises to 94% among those who finish our Master of Arts and Academic Master Programmes.
These results are certified by Doxa, a renowned independent research institute that, also in 2025, investigated several aspects related to our students’ employability, assessing:
The survey is based on 666 interviews conducted using the CAWI methodology (Computer Assisted Web Interview), which involves respondents completing an online questionnaire. This approach ensures a high level of data accuracy and a faster, more structured collection process. The interviews were carried out between 27 March and 26 June 2025.
In particular, the respondents are 29% male and 71% female. Of the total sample, 78% come from Italy and 22% from abroad.
As highlighted above, the employability rate for NABA graduates reaches 90% within one year of graduation, rising to 94% for those who complete our Master of Arts and Academic Master Programmes. This figure represents an overall 5% increase compared to the previous year, confirming a consistently positive trend over time.
Not only that: 76% of NABA graduates are employed within 6 months of completing their studies, and 61% secure a job within the first 3 months. Looking at the types of employment obtained — a key indicator of graduate employability — the breakdown is as follows:
Among all employed graduates, 93% work full-time, while 7% work part-time.
The survey also reveals that 87% of employed Alumni report being satisfied with their job, confirming the strength of NABA’s educational model and its effectiveness in providing professionally relevant, employability-enhancing skills
The impact of NABA’s educational approach on graduates’ career paths is clearly reflected in Alumni feedback: 91% rate their academic experience positively. Moreover, 63% recognise the value of the transversal skills acquired, considering them essential to standing out in the professional landscape, while 78% view their NABA qualification as a meaningful asset for their chosen career.
Finally, the perceived alignment between their studies at NABA and their current job remains stable over time: 33% of respondents work in a role fully consistent with their studies, while 35% hold a position that is partially aligned.
On average, NABA graduates take 4.5 months to find employment — a consistent result across Alumni from the Bachelor of Arts, Master of Arts, and Academic Master programmes.
These findings highlight the strength of NABA’s educational model — the same approach that, firmly established on the Milan and Rome campuses, now also shapes the learning experience at the new NABA London campus.
