From the Rio 2016 Olympic ceremonies to the "Noor Light Art Festival" in Riyadh, every event should tug the heartstrings. Marco Balich's talk inspired students and alumni who attended it. On June 30, the NABA campus in Milan hosted the Chairman and Chief Creative Officer of Balich Wonder Studio (https://www.balichwonderstudio.com/). He took part in a conversation about his experiences and work priorities.

How to organise an event: Balich Wonder Studio

Marco Balich has been the Creative Director and Executive Producer of many large-scale events worldwide, including 16 Olympic and Paralympic ceremonies. With more than 20 years of experience, he has been able to design immersive shows as well as innovative destination and brand experiences. The ability to excite is the compass always guiding his work. An event should highlight greatness, danger, euphoria, awe, hope or any other human sensibility. Whatever the level of development is, technology must be made available for this purpose. These are a few insights Balich provided to students and alumni during the meeting promoted by NABA's Industry Relations and Career Service Office and moderated by Karim Bartoletti (Partner and Executive Producer at Indiana and visiting professor at NABA).
