NABA is glad to announce the launch of FUTURE/Lab, the sustainable supply chain initiative, born from the collaboration with Fulgar, international leader in the synthetic fibre market.

The brand challenged 10 students of the third year of the Academy’s BA in Fashion Design to create their designs using only fabrics produced by Italian companies part of the sustainable supply chain, made from some of the ecological yarns in Fulgar’s green portfolio

The 10 students that rose to the challenge of committing to green issues and to express their ethical creativity through a more sustainable approach involving experimentation with new fabrics and production processes with reduced environmental impact are: Zhewen Yan, Mar'yana P'yetsukh, Lucia Grande, Gianfranco Marraudino, Diletta Critelli, Luciano Di Marco, Jennifer Gervasi, Pierfrancesco Pierucci, Giulia Gadda and Alessia Santoro.

The project created in collaboration with NABA is the first to be hosted on FUTURE/Lab, the virtual ecological best practice platform by Fulgar. Its objective is to relate the stories of young stylists, the most virtuous producers and the brands that collaborate with the company on shared projects to promote measurable, sustainable development.

All the videos made by the students are available on Fulgar’s YouTube channel and will be progressively hosted on the platform dedicated to Fulgar’s Future/Lab and onto NABA social media.
