From October 24 to November 24, Milano Cadorna station will host "Travelling Gaze. Sguardo viaggiante", an exhibition born from the collaboration between NABA and FNM, the main integrated group in sustainable mobility in Lombardy. The exhibition displays eight works of art, created by the students of the Visual Arts Department, reinterpreting the theme of travel.

The NABA exhibition in Milano Cadorna station

The exhibition, curated by Andris Brinkmanis, Course Leader of NABA BA in Painting and Visual Arts link, explore different artistic languages: prints, sculptures, videos and an installation performance to highlight the fundamental role that transport and mobility play for people and communities in a place of transit, such as FERROVIENORD's Milano Cadorna station, where tens of thousands of travellers pass through every day.

Under the guidance of the project coordinators Letizia Mari and Nicolò Colciago, NABA lecturer, the students were invited to interpret the theme of travel, which offers an exceptional opportunity to learn about oneself and the environment in which one lives, extending in time and space and becoming the very metaphor for the process of coming of age. The project involved students from the Visual Arts Area of NABA Milan campus: Edoardo Bonacina, Davide Barberi, Davide Militano, Simonpietro Clericetti, Marina Rondon, Cristina Malerba, Nancy Priscilla Lucena Pinto, Caterina Perego.
