Product design II

Students will develop a project which consists of a coordinated product line created by using hand or digital drawing, as well as a product prototype. Specific workshops focused on materials, history of design, and on the biography of an object, will expose students to multiple possible approaches.

• Demonstrate basic product design skills
• Understand contemporary design through the development of a coordinated product, using hand and digital drawing
• Design and execute a basic product prototype

This course is intended for students with some background in that specific subject area and for students attending or having completed one or two years of their university studies in Art and Design who are keen on building upon this through handson training experience.
