The students of the BA and the MA in Fashion Design were selected amongst the finalists at the Colorama Award. Our students took part in the competition with the project called “Uncertainty” using a palette of colors that ranges between green, yellow, gray and red.

The contest was addressed to the young and international talents of the industry. The aim of the competition was to develop innovative and fashionable color projects for the 2018/2019 Fall/Winter season. The initiative aimed to leverage the students’ professional skills and to offer the company a new and fresh point of view. The jury consisted of five professionals: Barbara Pietrasanta (Artist and communication designer), Eleonora Fiorani (epistemologist and essayist), Sara Magro (Founder of, Nicola Luccarini (Fashion Designer) and Marco Marzoli (CEO of Filmar S.p.a.).

The Colorama web app is a free service that allows you to combine Filmar color yarns (otton yarns of the highest quality produced and marketed by the company for over 60 years), test the color combinations and see them applied to various and different evergreen patterns on knitwear & socks for men and women.

Congrats Guys!
