Iqbal – Bambini senza paura, animated movie by Michel Fuzellier, BA in Media Design and Multimedia Arts and BA in Graphic Design and Art Direction teacher, and Babak Payami, was awarded during the Animation Day in Cannes (ADIC) in the category “Animation that Matters”.
In addition to this acknowledgment, the film has already received important awards, including: Pulcinella Award for Best Animated Feature Film at “Cartoons on the Bay” 2017 in Turin; Jeune Public - Meilleur Long Métrage at Amnesty International’s cinema festival “Au Cinéma Pour Les Droits Humains”; ASPI Award at the 2015 “Castellinaria” festival in Bellinzona; Découverte du Jeune Public at Klap Klap festival in Nancy.  Iqbal – Bambini senza paura has additionally been selected at the “22nd BUSAN International Film Festival” in Korea and at the Cannes 2017 “Semaine du Cinema Positif”.
The film, which was released in France in August 2016, is still playing in theaters where it has a huge success with its reference audience (6-12 years).
